I've been thinking about this for a while and finally have taken the time to work on the first concept in this series called "Lincoln." This piece will measure 36" x 36" and be made using 1961 Illinois "Land of Lincoln" license plates painted black, mounted on a red wood board background. I would like to make Washington, Jefferson, JFK, FDR and Reagan in this series. More details to come!
