George Washington, our nation's first President, was borin in Westmoreland County Virginia in 1732. This piece is recreated from an iconic photo of him using vintage painted Virginia license plates mounted on a stained blue board. This piece will be the second in my upcoming series The Presidents, after Lincoln. Stay tuned as I reveal the designs for the rest of series over the next few weeks!
